Ecorend S10 - Bonding Primer

ecorend S10 Bonding Primer is a silicone resin-based primer, specifically designed for use on masonry substrates. The fine particle size polymers within the product ensure deep penetration into the substrate, creating ultrahigh adhesion, whilst the silicone resin ensures that the primer matches the breathability of its subsequent topcoats.

Suitable Substrate

New Concrete Block, Smooth Brick, Rough Brick, Hacked Off Render, Lightweight Block, Render Carrier Board

Coverage

Approx. 3.2 to 5m2 per litre dependent on the nature and porosity of the surface

Properties

Silicone Technology, Excellent Adhesion, Breathable, Water Based, Ready to Use, Suitable for Brush, Roller or Spray Application.
Humidity Requirement – Less the 85%
Application Temperature 3˚C to 25˚C for a minimum of 24 hours
