Parex EHI GM - 25kg

Parex EHI GM is a through coloured mineral-based hydraulic render for use with the PAREXTHERM and PAREXDIRECT render systems. The renders are available in 48 standard colours, can be used in conjunction with the PAREXTHERM and PAREXDIRECT render systems to provide a decorative finish. EHI GM is suitable for manual or spray application and can be finished to a scraped, light tyrolean or heavy roughcast effect. Where a finer grade finish is required please refer to EHI GF.

Parex EHI GM is available in a range of 48 colours and a range of finishes Colour chart for Parex Mineral Finishes.

 Please note, the colours shown are a digital image and is an indication only.  The Render Depot are not liable for any differences between the colour shown and the actual colour. Please obtain a sample from us before applying the colour to the wall.  We are unable to accept any returns of this product.

For use with  the PAREXTHERM & PAREXDIRECT Mineral render systems and/or as directed by Parex 

Properties

Medoim Grain, Range of finishing options, hand or machine applied 

• Water Demand : Approx. 5.00 - 6.0 litres per 25kg bag
  
• Application Temperature : Dry frost free conditions - +5°C for light colours,, +8°C for dark colours. Over +30°C, special precautions must be taken
  
• Maximum Grain Size : 3.0mm
  
• Reaction to Fire : A2 when used as part of an Parextherm EWI system, please consult for further details
  

Coverage

Coverage is provided as a guidance only, excludes wastage and will vary subject to substrate conditions and thickness applied. 

• Scraped @ 10 mm finish, 14 - 16 kg/m2 (1.6 - 1.8m2 per 25 kg bag)
  
• Spray Textured, 12 - 14 kg/m2 (1.8 - 2.1m2 per 25 kg bag)
