Parex Monorex GF Scraped Textured Renders forms a fine finish through-coloured one coat, breathable, weather resistant decorative render specifically designed for float-smoothed finishes.

  • Available in 48 standard colours (special colours to order)
  • The render provides an excellent finish and good surface hardening.
  • Monorex GF is suitable for rendering masonry composed of concrete blocks, clay bricks or lightweight AAC blocks; Durisol dry stacked interlocking wall units; existing sound renders, shuttered concrete walls; base coats; or in conjunction with grey weather resistant base coats such as Tradirex or Parmurex and for rendering existing walls and old substrates.
    • The material is suitable for spraying or hand application and can be finished in a range of styles from fine scraped, light tyrolean to heavy roughcast textured finishes.
    • One coat required.  A 25kg bag covers approx. 1 sqm at a nominal thickness of 16mm.
