Parex Parinter Renovation - 25kg

Parex Parinter is a restoration and bonding mortar for the renovation of old hydraulic cement or lime based renders, whether sound or cracked but not delaminated, including render or masonry that has been painted or has received a thick textured coating system. Only the addition of clean water on site is required.  Designed to create a new base coat render suitable for taking a range of decorative finishes, coatings and suitable top coat renders

Suitable Substrate

Parinter Renovations composition and adhesion properties make it compatible with a large number of non-porous or smooth substrates such as: 

• painted surfaces
  
• hydraulic renders
  
• concrete
  

Finishes

Suitable Parex® finishes that can be applied onto PARINTER RENOVATION: 

• Decorative coatings: CALCILANE BADIGEON, SILICANE PEINTURE.
  
• Decorative finishes: CALCIDECO, CALCILISSE, CALCIFIN, SILICANE TALOCHE range of finishes.
  
• Decorative renders: MONOREX GM
  

Unsuitable finishes that MUST NOT be applied onto PARINTER due to their higher mechanical strength (they could delaminate): 

• PARMUREX, BLANC DU LITTORAL, if unsure check with the Parex® Technical Department.

Coverage

These values are provided as guidance only and may vary subject to substrate conditions, thickness applied and system installed. 

• Smooth substrate: 5 - 8 kg/m2 (3.1 - 5.0m2 per 25 kg bag) for 3 to 5 mm thickness.
  
• Rough substrate: 8 - 13 kg/m2 (1.7 - 3.1m2 per 25 kg bag) for 5 to 8 mm thickness.
